Return Conditions
- Item must be in new condition.
- Item must not have been washed, worn, or altered.
- Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, a gift card to Dickies.com will be issued.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- All clearance sales are final.
- Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.
- Altered items cannot be returned.
Online / Mail Returns
- To start a return, log in to your account or use your order number and email if you checked out as a guest.
- Select the item(s) and reason for the return.
- Package the item, preferably in the original box or bag.
- Print a return label or use a QR code at FedEx Office locations for them to print for you.
- Drop the package off at the selected return location (e.g., FedEx, USPS).
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated after the return is processed.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns can be initiated with the order number and email from the original purchaser.
- Refunds for gifts are processed to the original form of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can return it within 30 days.
- For faulty items where the 30-day period has expired, you have 2 years from the order date to file a warranty claim.
- Products damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Exchange Policy
- For faster service, Dickies recommends placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the unwanted product for a refund.
Additional Notes
- Returns for large orders can be made by contacting Customer Service.
- Dickies encourages reusing the original shipping box or bag to reduce waste.
