Return Conditions
- For beauty items, products must be unopened or gently used.
- For fashion items, products must be in original packaging with all accessories and documents, and must be new and unused.
- Shoes must be tried on a soft, clean, and dry carpeted area to avoid damage.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fashion items that cannot be returned include evening wear, exotic skins, fur, sale merchandise, special orders, and altered or worn items.
- Bathing suits, lingerie, cosmetics, and unsealed fragrances are also non-returnable.
- Online purchases cannot be returned to Dior boutiques or authorized retailers.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be returned for a refund only; exchanges are not permitted for online orders.
- Returns can be initiated through your account or via the returns portal for guest orders.
- A return label is provided, but original shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only permitted for purchases made at a Parfums Christian Dior boutique.
