Return Conditions
- Items must be unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition.
- Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

- Merchandise credit for gift recipients
Exceptions & Restrictions
- David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale.
- Personalized and custom designs are final sale.
- Items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections are final sale.
- Charity rubber bracelets are final sale.
- Used merchandise will not be accepted unless defective.
Online / Mail Returns
- A complimentary return label is provided for domestic U.S. orders.
- Customers can print a return label or use a print-free QR code at UPS locations.
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after the return is shipped.
In-Store Returns
- Merchandise purchased at a full-price David Yurman store can be returned or exchanged at any full-price boutique.
Gift Returns
- Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit for returned items.
Price Adjustments
- A one-time price adjustment may be honored if an item becomes a permanent sale item within 10 days of purchase. This excludes temporary special promotions.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for items that are unaltered, unworn, and in saleable condition, accompanied by a sales receipt.
Additional Notes
- Returns and exchanges can only be made in the country where the item was originally purchased.
- Items purchased from other retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.
