Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be in a like-new condition.
- All original tags and accessories should be included.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- For in-store returns without an original receipt, store credit or a gift card may be issued.
- For defective products under warranty, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products created for collaborations or special events cannot be returned online or in-store unless covered by the warranty policy.
- Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
- Store returns can only be processed for amounts up to $250.
- Crocs reserves the right to refuse returns, replacement shipments, refunds, and exchanges to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.
Online / Mail Returns
- A printable pre-paid return shipping label is provided for free and easy returns through UPS.
- Returns are initiated by entering your order number and email address on the Crocs website.
- Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
In-Store Returns
- Returns can be made in-store for a refund to the original form of payment.
- Store returns can only be processed for amounts up to $250.
- If you do not have the original receipt for an in-store return, credit may be issued on a gift card.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If there is a quality issue with your item, refer to the warranty policy.
- Crocs warrants products purchased directly or from authorized resellers in the United States to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- If an item purchased from Crocs.com was damaged during shipping, contact Customer Service for an exchange or refund within 30 days of arrival.
- Crocs will replace a defective product covered by warranty or refund the purchase price if a replacement is unavailable.

I purchased wrong gender. Got a woman's 11. Meant to get men's 11. First time buyer on Crocs site. Didn't know there was a tab to switch between genders.( I know stupid). Anyways in my email there is a barcode that basically says "use this to return merchandise". However on Crocs return policy page
Place to exchange new crocs?
I ordered a pair on sale, but it's too small. I wanna exchange for a size up but it would mean returning the crocs and buying a new pair for full price. Anyway I can get rid of the small ones and get a new pair of new ones and break even?
