Return Conditions
Crocs
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be in a like-new condition.
- All original tags and accessories should be included.
Birkenstock
- Footwear and accessories must be in original purchase condition.
- Footwear and accessories must be in original packaging.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Exceptions & Restrictions
Crocs
- Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products created for collaborations or special events cannot be returned online or in-store unless covered by the warranty policy.
- Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
- Store returns can only be processed for amounts up to $250.
- Crocs reserves the right to refuse returns, replacement shipments, refunds, and exchanges to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.
Birkenstock
- Last Chance items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products purchased on www.birkenstock.com/us must be returned online; they cannot be returned to a Birkenstock store or authorized retailer.
- Non-Birkenstock items mistakenly returned are not the responsibility of Birkenstock to replace, return, or compensate.
- Any shipping charges from your original order will not be refunded.
- Products returned in a condition other than stated (original condition and packaging) may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Methods
Crocs
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- For in-store returns without an original receipt, store credit or a gift card may be issued.
- For defective products under warranty, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
Birkenstock
- A credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) will be issued.
- The refund will be applied to the original payment method used.
- Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded.
Online / Mail Returns
Crocs
- A printable pre-paid return shipping label is provided for free and easy returns through UPS.
- Returns are initiated by entering your order number and email address on the Crocs website.
- Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
Birkenstock
- Products purchased on www.birkenstock.com/us must be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/us/returns/.
- To initiate a return, provide your order number and e-mail address on the returns portal.
- Returns are free of charge.
In-Store Returns
Crocs
- Returns can be made in-store for a refund to the original form of payment.
- Store returns can only be processed for amounts up to $250.
- If you do not have the original receipt for an in-store return, credit may be issued on a gift card.
Birkenstock
- Items purchased on www.birkenstock.com/us cannot be returned to a Birkenstock store or authorized retailer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Crocs
- If there is a quality issue with your item, refer to the warranty policy.
- Crocs warrants products purchased directly or from authorized resellers in the United States to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- If an item purchased from Crocs.com was damaged during shipping, contact Customer Service for an exchange or refund within 30 days of arrival.
- Crocs will replace a defective product covered by warranty or refund the purchase price if a replacement is unavailable.
