Return Conditions
- Items must be in new and unused/resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are accepted at the company's sole discretion.
Refund Methods
- Credit or refund to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized items
- Custom or Made to Order Furniture
- Items purchased as final sale
- Store floor samples
- Live botanicals
- Cut yardage of fabric
- Items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated on the Crate & Barrel website.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
In-Store Returns
- Crate & Kids items can be returned to Crate & Barrel stores.
Gift Returns
- Eligible purchases from a Gift Registry can be returned up to 90 days from the event date, excluding furniture items.
Additional Notes
- Crate & Kids is an associated brand of Crate & Barrel, and the return policy is the same.
- Items purchased outside of the U.S. may only be returned or exchanged within the country of purchase.
