Return Conditions
- Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective.
- Swimwear, watches, intimates and hosiery may be returned when unworn and in original packaging or with original ticketing attached and sanitary shields (if any) attached.
- Soiled or washed merchandise will not be accepted.
Refund Methods
- Reimbursement to the original form of payment for returns with original or gift receipt.
- Refunds without original ticketing will be issued in the form of a merchandise card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Merchandise marked final sale or 'as-is' is sold 'as is' and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards (except where required by law) and gift boxes are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Merchandise purchased in an outlet store, a Chico's Off the Rack store, or on an outlet website may only be returned in such locations.
- International orders placed via chicos.com or by telephone and shipped outside of the U.S. cannot be returned or exchanged in boutiques or outlets.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online orders can be returned by mail.
- Online orders can be returned in-store by bringing the item and order confirmation email to any store location.
- For international orders, contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (required for processing) and detailed instructions.
In-Store Returns
- Accepted at any Chico's U.S. boutiques (excluding outlets).
- Returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt, or date and amount of purchase must be validated in the system.
Gift Returns
- Returns must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Merchandise may be returned if defective.
Price Adjustments
- Price adjustments are offered on a one-time basis if the price decreases within 14 days of original purchase.
- Original receipt is required for in-store purchases to receive a price adjustment.
- Online or catalog purchases are not eligible for price adjustment in stores.
- Merchandise marked final sale is not eligible for price adjustment.
- Adjustments will be made in the original form of payment.
Exchange Policy
- All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Additional Notes
- Customer identification may be required solely for the purpose of preventing fraud.
- Chico's reserves the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.
- Chico's boutique purchases cannot be returned to Chico's Off The Rack and Outlet stores.
