Return Conditions
- Items must be unused or gently used.
- Returned items must include all original protective materials, tags, stickers, and the original box or packaging.
- Bundles or 'Build Your Own Kit' items must be returned with all components included.
- Any complimentary gifts or product samples received with the purchase must also be returned.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Significantly used products are not eligible for a refund.
- Purchases made in-store, at airport counters, or from affiliated retailers must be returned to the original point of sale.
- Original delivery costs are not refunded.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns are free and can be initiated online by providing your email address and order number.
- After registering the return, you will receive a shipping label or QR code.
- Items should be packed in the original packaging for return.
In-Store Returns
- The online return policy does not apply to in-store purchases, which must be returned to the point of sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or faulty products should be reported to Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt, preferably with a photo.
- A full refund or replacement is available for damaged or faulty items within 31 days of receipt.
- A replacement is offered for faulty products returned within 6 months of receipt.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be initiated through the online return portal.
Additional Notes
- The policy applies to purchases made on the Charlotte Tilbury website or app.
- Refunds for items bought with a promotional discount will be calculated at the reduced price.
