Return Conditions
- Products must have been purchased from Clinique.com.
- Items must be in new or gently used condition.
- Returns of items that included a free promotional item must be sent back with the promotional item.
Refund Methods
- The purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- eGift cards and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Promotional items and final sale items cannot be returned.
- Clinique products purchased from other retailers are not eligible for return online.
- Products received as a reward through the Clinique Smart Rewards program cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online / Mail Returns
- A prepaid return label can be generated from the Clinique website.
- Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at the warehouse.
- You will receive a credit confirmation email with your refund amount once the return has been processed.
Gift Returns
- If you would like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, you need to chat with customer service.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your online order is not as expected, you should message Clinique customer service.
- If an item arrives damaged, you should message Clinique customer service.
Exchange Policy
- To exchange a product, you must return the unwanted product and place a new order.

- Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Clinique.com.
- Clinique.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the policy requirements or in instances of abuse.
