Return Conditions
- You must notify Carvana of your intent to return or exchange the vehicle before 8:00 p.m. EST on the 7th day after receiving it.
- The vehicle must not have been driven more than 400 miles; a fee of $1.00 per mile applies to any additional mileage.
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- The vehicle has been in an accident or damaged.
- The vehicle has been modified or altered from its original condition.
- A lien or other encumbrance has been placed on the vehicle (other than the one from Carvana).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any vehicle you traded in as part of the purchase will not be returned.
Exchange Policy
- You can exchange a vehicle up to two times.
- The third vehicle received is not eligible for the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional Notes
- The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee begins on the day you receive the vehicle.
- To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact a Carvana Advocate by phone or chat.
