Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- Must be accompanied by all original documentation, including the diamond certification.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging, including the ring/jewelry box.
Refund Methods
- A full refund or exchange will be issued.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Rings that have been resized or modified.
- Engraved fine jewelry (a $40 fee is charged to remove the engraving if returned).
- Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.
- Items that have been previously exchanged.
- Custom designed jewelry.
- Layaway orders outside of the 30-day return policy.
- Items that were altered while in process.
Online / Mail Returns
- For returns under $1,000, use the online return portal.
- For all other eligible orders, initiate a return by calling 800.691.0952.
- You will be emailed a return shipping authorization number and a free FedEx return shipping label.
- Pack the jewelry in its original packaging, place it inside a small FedEx Priority box, then inside a medium FedEx Priority box.
- Write the shipping authorization number on the outside of the box and affix the FedEx label.
- Drop the package off at a FedEx staffed location and obtain a receipt.
Additional Notes
- The 30-day return period begins when your order is ready to be shipped or picked up, not when you receive it.
- Promotional gifts received with purchase must be included in the return.
- There is a $250 replacement fee if the original diamond certification is not returned.
