Return Conditions
- Products must be in new or gently used condition.
- Returns must be from purchases made on bobbibrown.com.
- Items that came with a free promotional item must be returned with that promotional item.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Engraved items and items marked as 'final sale' or 'not returnable' are not eligible for return.
- Bobbi Brown eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Promotional items and products not purchased on bobbibrown.com are not eligible for online return.
Online / Mail Returns
- A QR code or prepaid shipping label can be generated through the website to start a return.
- Returns are inspected upon receipt at the warehouse.
Gift Returns
- If you would like to return or exchange a gifted item, you need to contact customer service via chat.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged, missing, wrong, or lost items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- If an item is damaged, retain the box, packing materials, and the item and contact customer service immediately.
Exchange Policy
- To exchange a product, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Additional Notes
- Returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and may be refunded at the sole discretion of Bobbi Brown, potentially as an electronic gift card or a refund check.
- For returns on foundations, correctors, and concealers, return shipping is free.
