Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
- A sales or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Swimwear and undergarments can only be returned or exchanged with the price tickets attached.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- If a cash return is over $100, a check will be mailed from the home office.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded with a merchandise credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as 'Final Sale', which includes items purchased at 70% off, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Monogrammed, altered, Made to Measure, Made On Demand, and special order items are not eligible for return.
- Purchases made at a US Brooks Brothers store must be returned to a US store.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be returned by mail using a pre-paid label, which will incur a $7.00 fee deducted from the refund.
- Online purchases can be returned to a US store location, with some exceptions.
- Purchases made with PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Klarna have specific online return policies.
In-Store Returns
- Items can be returned to any US Brooks Brothers retail store with the original sales or gift receipt.
Gift Returns
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit at the selling price on the receipt.
Price Adjustments
- A one-time price adjustment can be made within 7 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.
Additional Notes
- All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
- Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.
