Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must be unwashed.
- Items must be unaltered.
- Items must have original tags.
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original payment method for returns made within 45 days.
- Store credit refund for returns made between 45 and 90 days.
- Store credit will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Bonobos items purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., Nordstrom, Trunk Club) are not accepted for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.
- No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
- Exchanges may only be made for a different size and/or fit of the same item, not for a different color or different items.
Online / Mail Returns
- Generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label at bonobos.com/return-label.
- Input your order or shipping number and the email address for the label.
- For guest checkout, you can generate a label via bonobos.com/return-label or contact live chat.
In-Store Returns
- Items can be returned to any local Bonobos Guideshop location.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Specific instructions for damaged or defective items are available through a dedicated link on the policy page.
Exchange Policy
- Free exchanges within 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges are for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags.
- Exchanges can be made online or at any Guideshop location.
- Exchanges may only be made for a different size and/or fit of the same item.
- You must return the item you're exchanging within 14 days of your exchange request or you'll be charged for the full price of the new item.
Additional Notes
- Return shipping for domestic orders is always free.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
