Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original labels attached.
- Returns must be initiated through the online returns portal using your order number and email/postcode.
Refund Methods
- Refund to original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Fashion face masks, cosmetics, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
- Swimwear or lingerie cannot be returned if the hygiene or product seal has been broken.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns are handled through an online portal where you can select your return option.
- A returns charge of $6.00 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a faulty item, you should contact Boohoo's customer service.
- You will need to provide your name, order number, product name and code, a picture of the fault, and a description of the fault.
Exchange Policy
- Boohoo does not offer an exchange facility; you must return the item(s) and reorder for a replacement.
Additional Notes
- A returns charge of $6.00 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Boohoo has gone paperless and no longer includes a delivery note in parcels.
- Returning more than one order in one parcel may delay your refund.
