Online / Mail Returns

Burberry Refund

I returned something to Burberry 2 Fridays ago and haven’t gotten a refund back to my card yet. I called them last Friday and they retriggered the refund where they said I’ll have my money back yesterday. It’s been a day now and I still haven’t gotten the refund. Has this ever happened to anyone?
