Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags must be intact.
- Shoes must not show any signs of wear or damage.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Vintage timepiece purchases are excluded from the standard return policy.
- Items purchased at a Buck Mason outlet location, all altered items, and vintage items are final sale.
- All purchases made at Buck Mason Bloomingdale's locations must be returned or exchanged directly through their stores.
Online / Mail Returns
- A $8 flat-rate fee per return package will be deducted from your refund for mail-in returns.
- Exchanges by mail are free of charge.
- To initiate an online return, you need your order number or the email address associated with the order.
In-Store Returns
- Returns to any Buck Mason store location are free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If items arrive damaged or the incorrect item was sent, contact customer service via text to have the situation rectified free of charge.
Price Adjustments
- Final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 365 days of purchase.
- There is no return fee if you want to exchange your item by mail.
Additional Notes
- For international returns, APO, FPO, and PR addresses, all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds for orders placed using Afterpay will be refunded from Buck Mason to Afterpay and then to the customer.
