• Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
• All original packaging and documentation, including any laboratory grading reports, must be included.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

• Must be accompanied by all original documentation, including the diamond certification.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging, including the ring/jewelry box.

• Write the shipping authorization number on the outside of the box and affix the FedEx label.
• Drop the package off at a FedEx staffed location and obtain a receipt.
