What is Bear Mattress's return window?

Bear Mattress allows returns within 120 nights of purchase. A minimum trial of 30 nights is required before a return can be initiated. The return timeframe begins on the delivery confirmation date of your mattress. Only one return of any mattress is allowed per customer, household, and/or delivery address. Returns are valid on your first order only, even if a different mattress is purchased a second time. To receive a refund, the mattress must be removed from your home by an authorized party of Brooklyn Bedding LLC and confirmed by Brooklyn Bedding LLC. This policy applies only to purchases made after January 1, 2022.

To start a return, send an email to returns@bearmattress.com.
Include your order number, any receipts, and a description for the reason you are returning your Bear mattress in the email.
Return shipping and removal costs are free and will be scheduled by Bear's team.

Exchange Policy

You have 120 nights to exchange your mattress from the date of delivery.
Only one return or exchange of any mattress is allowed per customer, household, and/or delivery address.
If you would like to exchange your mattress for a new model or different feel, you must do so within the 120-night trial.
Your new, exchanged mattress is not eligible for a return, refund, or trial period.

Additional Notes

There are no 'restocking' or 'process and handling' fees with any Bear mattress return.
Return shipping and removal costs are free.
Soft accessories, including mattress toppers, encasements, pillows, protectors, sheets, pads, and weighted blankets, are eligible for a 30-night sleep trial from the date of delivery. Returns for these items must be initiated using Bear's return portal with your order number and zip code.
Foundations and frames come with a 30-night sleep trial, which begins on the date of delivery.
