Return Conditions
- Proof of purchase is required for returns of stocked non-furniture items.
- Stocked non-furniture items must be in new and unused condition.
- Undamaged finish samples must be returned in the original packaging.
- Hardware must be returned with screws in the original packaging.
- Returns of non-custom furniture, rugs, and top of bed are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original purchase method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Custom-ordered/“Made to Order” products are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours of order placement or for return.
- Custom rugs can be canceled within 24 hours but are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, Flash Sale, and 'As-Is' merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or cancellation.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online returns are accepted for Bed Linens, Cast + Forge Hardware, and Finish Samples.
Price Adjustments
- No price adjustments will be made on prior sales for Clearance or Flash Sale items.
Additional Notes
- A 30% restocking fee plus all service fees will be applied to the order upon cancellation of non-custom furniture, rugs, and top of bed.
- Some state laws may differ from the stated policies; customers should check with their local Bassett store/retailer for details.
- There is a 24-hour hold period after placing an online order to make changes.
