Return Conditions
- Items must be in like-new condition.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Photographic evidence showing the product's condition and original packaging must be provided.
- Return requests must be submitted via an online form within 30 days of receiving the item.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for return.
- Products from third-party vendors sold under the Dropship model are not covered.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Oversized products, including XL SmartDesks and SmartDesk corners, may have a different return policy.
Online / Mail Returns
- Return requests must be submitted via an online form.
- A prepaid return shipping label is provided for customers in the contiguous U.S.
- Customers can drop the package at a local carrier center or arrange a pickup, though Autonomous will not cover any pickup fees.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions, where a refund is issued for the return and a new order is placed for the preferred item.
Additional Notes
- Return shipping is free for customers within the contiguous U.S. for eligible products.
- A restocking fee of 30% will be applied if items are returned without original packaging, with damaged packaging, or if dropped off at the carrier more than one week after the trial period ends.
- Damaged items must be reported within one week of delivery.
