Exceptions & Restrictions
- Returns made inside Article's standard service area will incur a return shipping fee.
- Returns made outside Article's standard service area are subject to a return fee in the same amount as the forward shipping fee.
- Leesa® mattresses have a separate return policy.
- Article Pro members should contact their account manager, as this policy may not apply to trade orders.
- If an order is refused at delivery without requesting an exchange, it will be processed as a return. A return shipping fee will be deducted, and the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
- Exchanges not made with original Article packaging will incur a $50 repackaging fee per item.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated within 30 days of delivery by contacting Article customer service.
- Article will arrange for their shipping partner to pick up the item and return it to their warehouse.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a piece arrives in less than perfect condition, customers should contact Article with photographs and descriptions of the damage.
- A one-year manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date.
Exchange Policy
- Customers can exchange any product within 30 days after delivery.
- The first exchange for any item is free of charge.
- Subsequent exchanges for the same item will incur forward and return shipping fees.
- If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If it costs more, the difference will be charged.
- Free exchanges are not available outside the standard delivery area; these exchanges will waive the return shipping fee but charge an additional forward shipping fee for new items.
- Exchanges must be made with the original Article packaging.
- If an order is refused at delivery, it can be processed as an exchange without additional shipping fees.
Additional Notes
- Article offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders.
- Customized 'made-to-order upholstery' items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
