Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (Insider Perks account, receipt, or credit card) and a valid ID are required for full refund
- Up to 3 returns are allowed without a receipt
Refund Methods
- Full refunds are issued for verified returns
- Store credit is issued if purchase cannot be verified, based on current item price
- Refunds are provided for damaged or defective items
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Damaged or defective items must be returned within 60 days for a refund
- Exchanges are not offered; customers must return unwanted merchandise and purchase new items
- If purchase cannot be verified, only store credit is issued based on the current price of the item(s)
- Insider Perks members receive an extended 90-day return window
- Receiptless returns for Insider Perks members require the account to be identified at the time of purchase
