Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • All accessories and parts must be included.
  • Securely packed in all original packaging (unless removed during White Glove Delivery).
  • Must be in new/unused condition.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are made based on the original payment method.
  • Credits and refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s).

  • Assembled items may still be exchanged.
  • Imported products may be exchanged for another product or store credit within 7 calendar days.
