Return Conditions
- Items returned for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage may be subject to a 10% restocking fee for Stock Furniture, Bath Furniture, Direct Ship, and Rugs, and other items as specified.
- Bedding must be returned unused in the original product packaging.
- Wireless Rechargeable Battery Packs must be unopened in original cellophane packaging.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. If items are returned or exchanged due to size, a refund will be issued only in the form of a store gift card, minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- For cash and check purchases, a corporate check will be issued.
- Items returned or exchanged due to size are refunded only in the form of a store gift card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Made to order/Special Order merchandise cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, and a 50% deposit may not be refunded. If refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee applies.
- Earrings, installed faucets and plumbing, and installed bathroom vanities are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Floor samples are final sale, sold 'as-is', and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise that cannot be accepted beyond 30 days of being fully committed in the warehouse, or held more than 90 days, cannot be returned, refused, cancelled or exchanged.
- Clearance, Final Sale, and Seasonal Items are generally not returnable or eligible for price adjustments.
Online / Mail Returns
- Customers should contact Arhaus to coordinate the return of furniture and purchases made on arhaus.com.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased and taken with you from a store location (specialty rugs, accent pillows and throws, some lighting and accessories) must be returned to a store location.
- Bath products cannot be returned to the store; customers must work with the Client Service Team.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Should a manufacturer defect or damage be discovered upon delivery, the Client Services Team should be notified immediately.
- Manufacturer defects or damage for special order items must be reported at delivery.
- Returns due to manufacturer's defect or damage are not subject to restocking fees.
Price Adjustments
- Arhaus honors a one-time price adjustment up to 30 days after delivery with an original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Price adjustments are not offered on purchases from The Loft, Clearance, Final Sale, or Seasonal Items.
Exchange Policy
- An original receipt is required to process an exchange.
- Restocking fees will not apply to stock items being exchanged for equal or greater value.
- Reward certificates can be reapplied to any items being exchanged of equal or greater value.
- Special Order/Made to Order items, earrings, installed faucets/plumbing, installed bathroom vanities, and items shipped outside the continental US are not exchangeable.
Additional Notes
- Many Arhaus pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials, and variations like irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations are normal characteristics and not considered manufacturer defects.
- If a purchase is made with a rewards certificate and the merchandise is returned, the reward is forfeited unless making an exchange of equal or greater value at the time of return.
