Return Conditions
- Returns are eligible for a refund when requested within 30-calendar days of the order date.
- A 15% restocking fee may be charged for non-defective returned items, or if the product is in opened or missing accessory condition.
- To initiate a return, customers must sign into their account, locate the order number under "Check My Order," and find the free return label under the "My Returns" section.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued for the merchandise total and applicable sales tax per the original order (minus any restocking fee).
- Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Returns received 31-calendar days or more after the order date will be returned to the customer and are no longer eligible for a refund.
- ASUS Premium Care (APC) purchased as a standalone product has a 14-day return policy, provided the scratch-off security seal has not been tampered with. Once activated, there are no refunds, credit, exchanges, or downgrades offered, except where legally required.
- ASUS reserves the right to void all service, return, and other policies for products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
Online / Mail Returns
- Customers can initiate a return by signing into their ASUS account, finding their order under "Check My Order," and printing a free return label from the "My Returns" section.
- The package should be brought to the nearest FedEx drop-off point using the provided pre-paid shipping label.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, implying defective items might not be.
- If a product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, ASUS may repair or replace it at their discretion.
Price Adjustments
- ASUS offers price matching within 30 days from the order invoice date. If a lower eligible price is found during this period, the price difference will be refunded.
Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for backing up all data before sending any product to ASUS, as ASUS is not responsible for data loss during inspection or repair.
- ASUS is not responsible for the restoration or reinstallation of any data or programs other than software installed by ASUS when the product was manufactured.
- All other accessories sent in with a return that are not explicitly listed will not be returned to the customer.
