Return Conditions
- Products must be in an unused and saleable condition.
- Product returns require a proof of purchase or original receipt.
- If you are shipping the product back to Batteries Plus, it must be received by their warehouse within 45 days from the date your product was delivered.
Refund Methods
- Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card used to make the purchase.
- Cash refunds for purchases under $20 may be received at a Batteries Plus® retail store only.
- For return requests in amounts over $20, refunds may be in the form of a check mailed to customer's home address.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Returns are not applicable to Tech Center Rebuilds and Generators.
- Defective products are covered under a separate Warranty Policy.
- Freight expense is not refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- A return request must occur within 14 days of purchase, or delivery if the product was shipped directly to you.
- If shipping the product back to the warehouse, it must be received within 45 days from the date your product was delivered.
- For specific labeling instructions when shipping a return, customers should call 1-800-677-8278 or email customercare@batteriesplus.com.
In-Store Returns
- Return requests for unused products or warranty claims for defective products may be processed at a Batteries Plus® retail store.
- Cash refunds for purchases under $20 may be received at a Batteries Plus® retail store only.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective products are covered under a separate Warranty Policy.
- The Warranty Policy honors claims unless the defect is caused by owner/user abuse, negligence, or if the product was not used as intended.
- A warranty claim may require product analysis prior to issuance of a credit or replacement, which may take up to two (2) business days to process.

- This policy covers all non-defective return requests made on purchases from BatteriesPlus.com.
- The policy aims for complete customer satisfaction with purchases.
