Return Conditions
- Items must be in new condition.
- Items must be in their original, unaltered box with the UPC code intact.
- All packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any free items must be included.
- The company may charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if conditions are not met.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original purchase price.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Once opened, software, film, paper, DVDs, bulbs, flash tubes, batteries, ink cartridges, laptops, computers, tablets, drones, and memory cards cannot be returned.
- Special-order merchandise and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
- Used equipment rated as condition 'X' is not eligible for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- You can start the return process online, via phone, in-store, or through Live Chat.
- Adorama will only accept returns that have the return shipping label provided by the company.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If the original purchase included free items, you must return them to receive a full refund; otherwise, the retail value of the kept items will be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Items
- You have 30 days from delivery to return defective or damaged items.
- For a full refund on a defective or damaged item, you must contact Adorama within 5 business days of delivery.
- Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Adorama's discretion.

- For most items, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase if you're not satisfied.
