Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method if returned within 28 days.
- A gift voucher is issued for returns made between 29 and 45 days.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Face and body products cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken.
- Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the hygiene seal is not intact or has been broken.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns are initiated online through your ASOS account.
- You can return items via USPS or UPS.
- ASOS is paperless, so the return label is generated online.
Exchange Policy
- ASOS does not offer exchanges. A new order must be placed.
Additional Notes
- Returned items are your responsibility until they are received by ASOS.
- A Fair Use policy is in place, and excessive returns may incur a fee.
- The return policy for items sold by ASOS Brand Partners may differ.
