• Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
• All original tags and labels must be attached.
• Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox.

Shein

• Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
• Items must have the original tags attached.
• For applicable items, the hygiene sticker must be intact.

ASOS

• Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Face and body products cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken.
• Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the hygiene seal is not intact or has been broken.

Shein

• Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and clearance items.
• Customized items are not returnable.
• Free gifts are non-returnable.

ASOS

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method if returned within 28 days.
• A gift voucher is issued for returns made between 29 and 45 days.

• Refund to your SHEIN Wallet.
• Refund to your original form of payment, such as Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.

• Returns are initiated online through your ASOS account.
• You can return items via USPS or UPS.
• ASOS is paperless, so the return label is generated online.

• Log into your SHEIN User Account.
• Go to "My Orders", find the order, and click "Return Item".
• Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and choose your return and refund method.
