Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Worn or washed items cannot be returned.
- Altered items are not eligible for return.
- Items without original tags and packaging will not be accepted.
Online / Mail Returns
- A $4.99 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund for customers who are not OneASICS™ members.
- Returns can be initiated online by providing the order confirmation details.
- OneASICS™ members receive free returns on their orders.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases can be returned to any ASICS store in the U.S. for free.
- Proof of purchase is required for in-store returns.
