Return Conditions
- Items must be in as new condition.
- Tags must be attached.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- All sales are final for purchases made on outlet.arcteryx.com or from an Arc'teryx Outlet Store, unless the item arrives damaged or doesn't match the description.
- For safety and health reasons, climbing harnesses and underwear cannot be returned.
- Items purchased on the Arc'teryx ReBIRD™ RESALE (used gear) online store are final sale.
Online / Mail Returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 days.
- Returns are free and can be started online by providing your email address and order number.
In-Store Returns
- You may return items at an Arc'teryx Brand Store as part of a return and repurchase process.
Price Adjustments
- Online and in-store purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Exchange Policy
- Direct exchanges are not offered for online purchases.
- Customers must return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Setting up an account can provide easier access to order history for faster returns.
- A return and re-order is the process used instead of a direct exchange.

I recently got a voucher code for a warranty claim and am eyeing one of Arcteryx's FW24 pieces. If I change my mind and decide to return the piece (within the 30 day window), will I get my voucher code back?
arcteryx refund problem
located at germany. Arcteryx sent me a wrong item and I sent back them through their return system. I checked the status of return system is refunded and the custom servicer also confirmed that the refund is ordered at 11.01.2023. However. I still don't receive the refund until today after 7 working
