Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
Refund Methods
- Within 30 days of purchase/delivery, refund issued to the original form of payment.
- After 30 days and within one year, a merchandise credit will be issued.
- Gift returns receive an e-merchandise credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Curated by Anthropologie merchandise cannot be returned to stores.
- Unlimited Furniture Delivery items cannot be returned to a store and must be shipped back via delivery service.
- Wedding gowns and bridal sets cannot be returned to stores unless originally purchased at a store location.
- Items purchased online or in-store cannot be returned to Anthropologie Home Outlet or pop-up locations.
- Select upholstery is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online / Mail Returns
- Sign into your account, select Order History, then locate and select the order you wish to return or exchange.
- Return by mail using a printed shipping label or mobile return code.
- A $5.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns from Canada.
- For returns mailed from countries outside the U.S., customers are responsible for any shipping fees.
In-Store Returns
- Returns are complimentary at all US and Canada stores.
- Bring an original sales receipt or order confirmation email.
- Refunds for in-store returns are usually initiated instantly.
- Cannot return Curated by Anthropologie merchandise, Unlimited Furniture Delivery items, or certain wedding gowns/bridal sets to stores.
Gift Returns
- Online orders can be returned by mail or at a store with an original sales receipt or AnthroPerks lookup.
- For mailed gift returns, select the e-merchandise credit option and enter the email address for it to be sent.
- In-store gift purchases with an original sales receipt or gift receipt can be returned to any store for merchandise credit.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- AnthroPerks lookup can be used as proof of purchase for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective items may still be accepted.
Price Adjustments
- A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-price purchases only.
- Must be within 14 days of purchase.
- An original sales receipt must be presented.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are gladly accepted within one year of purchase or delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached and in original packaging.
