Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective.
- For returns using a pre-paid or customer's own shipping label, items must be securely packed and include a packing slip.
- Heavy items (over 70 lbs) must be returned individually.
Refund Methods
- FREE return for a non-expiring e-Gift Card redeemable at FullBeauty Brands.
- Refund to original method of payment (subject to a $10.99 fee for certain return methods).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged; no refund or shipment for these items, and they will be donated.
- Items purchased through websites like Amazon and Walmart are subject to different return procedures (details not provided in this policy).
- A $10.99 fee is deducted from the refund if selecting a refund to the original method of payment when using Happy Returns Bar or a pre-paid shipping label.
- Heavy items (over 70 lbs) must be returned via FedEx Ground at the customer's expense.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated online by entering the order number and zip code.
- Option 1: Drop off at Happy Returns Bar for a no-contact return with a QR code (no packaging/label needed), refund initiated immediately (fee applies for original payment refund).
- Option 2: Use a pre-paid shipping label (print label/packing slip, pack item securely, drop at FedEx), processing may take 2-3 weeks (fee applies for original payment refund).
- Option 3: Purchase your own shipping label (print packing slip, pack item securely, mail at your cost), processing may take 2-3 weeks.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective merchandise is eligible for return within 60 days of the ship date.
