Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition: unaltered, unused, and undamaged.
- Products must be in their original package, if any, with original tags and labels attached.
- All related accessories, documents (like instruction booklets or product certificates), and protective covers must be included.
- Incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted.
Refund Methods
- For online purchases, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- For in-store purchases, only merchandise credit is offered.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized products and any other item indicated as non-returnable at the time of order are not eligible for return.
- Discovery Kits, Travel Sprays, and Travel Cases are not eligible for return.
- Masks, swimwear, tights, underwear, lingerie, and eyewear fitted with prescription or replacement lenses are not eligible for return.
- Perfumes can only be returned in-person to select boutiques and cannot be returned via carrier services.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- You can initiate a return by contacting Client Service or by completing the online return form in your account.
- Online purchases can be returned to directly operated Balenciaga stores (excluding department stores).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
- In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase for merchandise credit only.
- No refunds are permitted for products purchased in-store.
- Returns can be made to any directly-operated Balenciaga store, excluding department stores or wholesale distributors.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color at the same price.
- If you want a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- A maximum of two exchanges are permitted for the same item.
Additional Notes
- Once a return is received at the warehouse, it may take 5 to 7 business days to process.
- Refunds may take up to 15 days to appear in your bank account after the return has been accepted.
