Return Conditions

Refund Methods

Online / Mail Returns

  • Accepted by mail or online.
  • Customers need the order number from their order confirmation email to locate order details and print a return label.

In-Store Returns

  • Accepted at any Ann Taylor store location for unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise (excluding Maternity and Swimwear).
  • For online orders, bring the order to the store; the order email can be used as a receipt.

Gift Returns

  • Returns with a valid gift receipt or exchange receipt made within 30 days of the transaction date will be credited the price on the receipt in the form of a merchandise credit or exchange.
  • Returns made more than 30 days after the transaction date will be credited for the current selling price.
  • For online gift returns received within 30 days of the shipment date, an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender will be issued.

Price Adjustments

  • Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for a price adjustment.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered for unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise within the return window.

Additional Notes
