Return Conditions
- The item must be un-worn, in new condition as received.
- Must include original tags/original shoe box or packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or online order confirmation number.
- Returns/exchanges are reviewed and accepted in the country of purchase.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale items include gift cards, insoles, sock bundles, face masks, and any items explicitly tagged as 'final sale' on the website and in retail stores.
- Returns for Allbirds ReRun merchandise are not accepted in Allbirds brand stores or via www.allbirds.com; these must be returned through the dedicated Allbirds ReRun returns portal.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order.
- For Allbirds ReRun items, return shipping costs $6 if the provided shipping label is used, and this amount is deducted from the refunded amount.
- To initiate a return online, an order ID is required, which can be found in the online order confirmation email.
In-Store Returns
- Returns for Allbirds ReRun merchandise are not accepted in Allbirds brand stores.
- Regular Allbirds products can be returned in-store.
Gift Returns
- Gifts can be returned within 30 days.
- The order number, found on the shipping label or gift note, is needed for a gift return.
- Gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Customers should inspect their order upon receipt and immediately contact Allbirds if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for eligible items.
- For a quicker exchange, it is recommended to request a refund for the original item and place a separate new order for the desired item.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Additional Notes
- The return policy differentiates between standard Allbirds products and items purchased from Allbirds ReRun, which has its own specific return process and portal.
- If exchanging for a Limited Edition color, it's advised to order the new pair separately and quickly as these items may sell out.
