Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.
- All original product tags must be attached and in their original condition.
- It is recommended to use the original box and packing slip.
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original form of payment.
- Gift Card (if chosen instead of a refund, the $10 fee for using a prepaid label will not apply).
- Store credit (for late returns due to defect, or for AG Jeans Outlet purchases).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Merchandise discounted 40% or more from the original retail price is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized products are final sale and not returnable.
- AG Jeans Outlet purchases are not eligible for refunds; only exchanges or store credit.
- Merchandise discounted 70% or more from the original retail price at AG Jeans Outlet is Final Sale.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns or exchanges can be initiated through the AG Jeans RETURN PORTAL.
- A prepaid FedEx return label can be generated; a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total if used, unless you choose to exchange or receive a Gift Card.
- Customers can select the “Ship on My Own” option to avoid the $10.00 fee.
In-Store Returns
- Online orders can be returned in-store within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Some items, such as final sale or personalized products, cannot be returned in-store.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within the allotted extended return policy.
- If you received a gift from a purchase made from the website and wish to exchange it or receive store credit, contact Customer Service.
- Promotional sale products received as gifts are subject to limited returns and/or exchanges as detailed in the Return Policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In some cases, merchandise returned due to a defect may be accepted beyond the 30-day period for store credit at AG's discretion.
- If AG is responsible for sending the wrong item or a defective item, the $10 prepaid label fee will not be deducted.
- If a customized product purchased online is damaged during shipping, contact Customer Service.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Traditional Exchange: Return for the same style and color but a different size, with no additional costs.
- Advanced Exchanges: Return for the same style but a different color and/or size; any price difference will need to be paid.
- Instant Exchanges: Allows for a new item to be shipped before the return is received, with a credit card hold for up to 14 days. If the return is not received within 14 days, the full amount will be charged.
- The $10 prepaid label fee will not apply if you choose to exchange your product.
Additional Notes
- AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit if the return process is not followed correctly.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Returns with complete documentation are prioritized.
- AG Jeans has the sole discretion in determining eligibility for all returns and exchanges.
