Return Conditions

  • Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Acer by contacting 1-800-910-2237.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 business days of the issuance and receipt of a valid RMA.
  • Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Product must not have any missing parts or accessories (e.g., cables, manuals, driver disc) and be in a resaleable condition.
  • Returned Products must be in the same condition as you received them.

Refund Methods

  • Refund of the purchase price and taxes.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • All software purchases are final; Acer does not accept returns on software.
  • Products not purchased through the Acer Store are not accepted for return.
  • If you cause damage to and/or modify the product, you void your right to return. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer.
  • Original shipping and handling, delivery, and similar fees (excluding related sales taxes) are considered services already consumed and are therefore not refundable.

Online / Mail Returns

  • You must contact Acer to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your product.
  • Product arriving without an authorized RMA will not receive credit; all merchandise without an authorized RMA will be returned to the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for the return of the product.
  • You must ship the product to Acer within 5 days of the date that Acer issues the RMA number.
  • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the return policy of any Acer product. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Additional Notes

  • Some returns will be subject to a restocking fee: 15% for purchases between $2,999.99 and $4,999.99; 25% for purchases more than $4,999.99.
  • A fee may be charged for any Product returned without original packaging, missing parts or manuals, or otherwise not in like-new saleable condition.
  • Shipping will not be refunded.
  • Obtaining an RMA number does not extend your Return time period.
  • You can submit a request to cancel your physical product order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder).
  • If you leased your item using Acima, you will need to contact Acima directly to arrange a return.
