How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Open the Wish app and tap the three-bar menu icon in the bottom right corner.
- 2Tap 'Order History' and find the order with the issue.
- 3Select the item and tap 'Customer Support' or 'Contact Support'.
- 4Choose the issue type: item not received, item damaged, item not as described, or other.
- 5Provide a description of the issue and upload photos or videos as evidence.
- 6Wish will review the request and offer a refund to your original payment method or as Wish Cash.
- 7If a return is required, Wish will provide a shipping label or instructions — ship the item per their directions and keep the tracking number.
- 8Refund is processed once the returned item is delivered and scanned at the return center.
When You Can Get a Refund
- All deliveries are protected by Wish's Money Back Guarantee — if an item hasn't arrived by its Refund Eligible Date, you can get a full refund.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery if a return is required.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described qualify for a refund even if they are in a normally non-returnable category.
- Higher-value items or defective/damaged/incorrect items may require a physical return to receive a refund.
- Low-value items may be refunded without requiring a return.
- Wish calculates an Estimated Delivery Date Range and Refund Eligible Date for each item — these dates are shown in your Order History.
All Refund Methods
- Original payment method (credit/debit card): up to 10 business days after approval
- Wish Cash (store credit): credited shortly after approval, usable on next purchase
- Returned item refunds: up to 14 business days after item is delivered and scanned at return center
- PayPal: refunded to original PayPal account within 10 business days
Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be offered for items with minor issues that the buyer agrees to keep.
- If only part of a multi-item order is affected, only those items will be refunded.
- Wish may offer Wish Cash credits instead of a full monetary refund for some issues.
- Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for partial refund scenarios.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if the return is not due to a seller error.
Dispute Process
- If your initial refund request is denied, reply to the support thread with additional evidence (photos, videos, tracking info).
- Use the 'review' or 'appeal' option if shown after a denial.
- If the merchant rejects a return request, you have 14 calendar days to create a claim with Wish Customer Support, who will review based on both parties' evidence.
- Contact Wish Customer Support via the Wish Assistant in the app for escalation.
- As a last resort, contact your payment provider (credit card company or bank) to file a dispute/chargeback — only after giving Wish a reasonable chance to resolve.

- Wish's Money Back Guarantee protects all deliveries — you should not have to pay for items that never arrive.
- Wish Cash refunds are often faster than card refunds and can be a good option if you plan to order again.
