How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your Wayfair account at wayfair.com.
- 2Navigate to 'My Orders' and select the item you want to return.
- 3Click 'Return Item' and confirm the delivery date and reason for return.
- 4Choose your refund method: original payment method or Wayfair Store Credit.

When You Can Get a Refund
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition.
- Items must be unassembled or disassembled back to original packaging for return.
- Assembled furniture cannot be returned as-is — it must be carefully disassembled and repackaged.
- Mattresses have a 100-day trial period with different return conditions.
- Large appliances must be returned within 48 hours of delivery and cannot have been installed.
- Damaged or defective items should be reported within 5 days of delivery for free return shipping.
- Items purchased with a bundle discount (e.g., '2 for $20') must be returned as a complete bundle.

Partial Refunds
- Restocking fees of 15–25% may be deducted from refunds for certain returned items.
