How to Get a Refund — Step by Step

When You Can Get a Refund
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds are at the sole discretion of Wendy's based on the individual circumstances.
- For delivery orders, the third-party delivery provider is responsible for customer support, refunds, and complaints made on their platforms.
- No refunds are permitted for Wendy's Gift Cards, except where required by law.
- All Wendy's Rewards claims are final, and no returns or refunds of points used to claim a Reward are permitted.

Dispute Process
- Any claims or disputes related to the terms will be resolved by individual binding arbitration or in small claims court for U.S. residents.
- Wendy's and the customer will engage in a dialogue for 60 days to attempt to resolve a dispute before arbitration, though neither party is required to resolve it on uncomfortable terms.
Additional Notes
- For online orders, customer care may require information such as order ID, order total, restaurant number, order details, or order date.
- If an order for which points were earned is canceled or refunded, associated points will be deducted from the Program account, potentially resulting in a negative balance.
