How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your Temu account (or click “Save your Order” in the order email) and select the order you wish to refund
- 2Choose the appropriate refund reason (e.g., missing item, damaged item, delivered but not received) and submit the request
- 3Print the prepaid return label provided, attach it to the package, and ship the item via the nearest USPS/UPS location
- 4After the warehouse receives and inspects the return, Temu issues the refund; track its status in the order details or via notification messages
When You Can Get a Refund
- Refund request must be submitted through the Temu account or the “Save your Order” link in the order email
- Returned items must be received by the warehouse and pass a quality inspection
- Items must be returned within the 90‑day window and include the original barcode
- Products must be in new, unused condition; electronic devices (e.g., iPhone) must be unactivated, include all accessories, and have personal data erased

- Temu Credit balance (store credit)
Partial Refunds
- If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing accessories not caused by Temu or the seller, the refund may be adjusted (partial) after quality inspection
Dispute Process
- Customers can contact Temu customer service through the support center to contest a denied refund
- If unresolved, a charge‑back can be initiated with the customer's bank or card issuer as described in Temu’s charge‑back FAQ
Additional Notes
- Refunds for missing items or packages marked delivered but not received follow the same refund request flow
- For electronic devices such as iPhones, all personal information must be completely deleted before returning
