How to Get a Refund — Step by Step

  1. 1Log in to your Temu account (or click “Save your Order” in the order email) and select the order you wish to refund
  2. 2Choose the appropriate refund reason (e.g., missing item, damaged item, delivered but not received) and submit the request
  3. 3Print the prepaid return label provided, attach it to the package, and ship the item via the nearest USPS/UPS location
  4. 4After the warehouse receives and inspects the return, Temu issues the refund; track its status in the order details or via notification messages
