How to Get a Refund — Step by Step

Uber Eats delivery driver fell asleep for a half hour while I was waiting for my order…I felt bad, but then he never delivered my order, wanted a tip, and I was still charged. Was able to get my money back, but wtf.

Uber chat representative said I was ineligible for a refund after my sushi had visible brown marks on it and a pungent odor. I disputed with my bank (American Express), submitted photos, and got the money back from AmEx. Now, Uber won't let me place another order until I pay again.
