Refund Steps

Uber

  • Sign in to the Uber Eats app
  • Tap Account at the bottom of the screen (for the Web, tap the three lines on the upper left)
  • Tap Uber One
  • Tap Manage membership
  • Tap End membership

Lyft

  • Open the Lyft app and select 'You'
  • Tap 'Ride history'
  • Select the ride for which you need help
