How to Get a Refund — Step by Step

- 2Select an eligible transaction.
- 3Select Request Refund.
- 4Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Refund request made within 14 days of purchase.
- Content purchased in PlayStation Store.
- Game has not been launched after purchase (for games, DLC, and in-game consumables).

- PlayStation wallet credit (if original payment method not possible)
Additional Notes
- Purchases on PlayStation Direct (physical items) are subject to a different policy than PlayStation Store (digital items).
- You can use the online assistant to check refund eligibility.
