How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1If you wish to return an item, you must first contact Grailed's Support Team within 3 calendar days of receiving the item.
- 2The Support Team will determine if your item is eligible for a return based on their Purchase Protection policy.
- 3If your return is approved, the support team will provide you with the necessary steps to get a shipping label and send the item back.
- 4Photographic evidence, written statements, and other documentation may be required to review your case.
When You Can Get a Refund
- All purchases are considered final, with no returns or refunds allowed unless explicitly permitted by the seller, Grailed, or applicable law.
- A return may be eligible if the item's description was inaccurate regarding its authenticity, color, condition, fabric, or measurements.
- If no measurements are provided by the seller, it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the fit and sizing before purchasing.
- The item received is deemed inauthentic by Grailed.
- The wrong item was sent to you.
All Refund Methods
- Refund to the original payment method through Grailed Purchase Protection if the item is not as described or inauthentic.
- A seller may voluntarily issue a refund.
Dispute Process
- If a seller does not ship an item within 7 calendar days, the transaction is automatically canceled, and the buyer is refunded.
- For issues covered by Grailed Purchase Protection, buyers must report them to Grailed within 3 calendar days of delivery for resolution assistance.
Additional Notes
- If your purchase was accurately described, you can try contacting the seller to agree on a return or refund, but the seller is not obligated to provide one.
- If a return is not possible, you may be able to relist the item for sale on Grailed.
