- 1For issues with Mobile Order & Pay (excluding delivery), return to the restaurant where you made the purchase.
- 2Contact the restaurant where the purchase was made.
- 3If you placed a delivery order through the McDonald's app, identify the delivery vendor (Uber Eats or DoorDash) from your receipt.
- 4Contact the identified delivery partner directly for resolution.
When You Can Get a Refund
- The issue must be with a Mobile Order & Pay transaction, excluding delivery.
- For delivery orders placed through the McDonald's app, you must identify the third-party delivery service (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) and contact them directly.
- The decision of how to resolve a refund request is at the discretion of the restaurant where the purchase was made.
