How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Identify if your pizza meets the conditions of unsatisfactory quality according to Papa John's Quality Guarantee.
- 2Have your receipt or order information available.
- 3Call the specific Papa John's restaurant where your pizza was ordered and made.
- 4Make your claim on the same day as the original order, within thirty (30) minutes of the delivery or pick-up time.
- 5For carry-out orders, return the original pizza order to the same restaurant.
- 6For delivery orders, a replacement pizza will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Applies only to pizzas ordered and purchased directly from Papa John's that are not of satisfactory quality (e.g., temperature (cold), undercooked/overcooked pizza, skimpy toppings, wrong pizza/toppings, damaged pizza).
- Excludes issues regarding delivery time.
- Does not apply to sides, drinks, or desserts.
- No more than two (2) slices of the original pizza may have been eaten.
- Valid proof of purchase must be shown upon request.
- Papa Pass Cards are non-refundable once relinquished to the fundraiser representative.
- PapaPriority fees are non-refundable.
- Papa John's Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
All Refund Methods
- Replacement pizza of equal or lesser value for unsatisfactory pizzas.
- Removal of preauthorization hold for cancelled online orders.
Partial Refunds
- Cash refunds are not available for unsatisfactory pizzas; only a replacement pizza is offered under the Quality Guarantee.
Dispute Process
- For fraud related to Papa Pass Cards, contact the police and file a report. Papa John's can be contacted to report the incident but cannot offer refunds or take action for fraudulent activity.
