How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Initiate refund request by canceling your booking on Hopper (for most eligible bookings)
- 2If redirected, complete cancellation on the airline, hotel, or car rental company's website to initiate the refund process
- 3For low-cost carriers, send a copy of the airline's confirmation of cancellation email to Hopper Customer Support
- 4Track your refund using the refund tracker by going to your profile on the Hopper app, tapping Transaction History, and then tapping the specific booking
